Virtual Vendor Showcase

Maximize your company’s exposure by participating in NEITS' Virtual Vendor Showcase. As an exhibitor, your company will have the opportunity to network and expand your reach to engineers, DOT personnel and colleagues you want to support. Each vendor speaks for 15-20 minutes and takes questions at the end of each session. There is no cost for attending these events.

This overview will go over the common and new uses of blankout signs in the industry. Also in the training, we will discuss the popular current uses of intelligent signs from Travel Times to safety messaging such as wrong way warnings to Flex-Lanes to Truck Parking and the use of mini DMS signs for rural warning applications. The presentation will be conducted by Bryan Everard, Northeastern and Midwest Business Development Manager for Swarco Signs. Bryan has been in the Traffic industry since 2002 managing areas of business such as Signalized Intersections, Warning S Systems and ITS Solutions for both

rural and urban areas.

Leveraging Big Data to Drive Decisions About the Built Environment

This presentation will showcase Replica's seasonal mobility model which is a high-fidelity activity-based travel model with network-link level granularity. Each model is a synthetically generated representation of the activities and movements of residents, visitors, and commercial vehicles on a typical weekday and typical weekend day for a given location and season. The presentation will also cover Replica's Road Closure Scenarios application which enables users to assess the impact of road closures on traffic flow and people. The presentation will be conducted by Emily Lucas, Director of Customer Success for Replica. Emily works with planners, policymakers, engineers, and other transportation professionals on leveraging data to create communities that serve everyone. Helping to lead Replica's Customer team, she enjoys exploring creative ways to use technology to

better serve the communities where people live and work.
